IT Domain Architect for Sustainability at Philip Morris International, where I oversee the delivery of regulatory sustainability IT frameworks — CSRD, EU DR — and shape the domain's IT strategy. My career has been built at the intersection of enterprise architecture, process automation, and digital transformation: nearly a decade of turning complex, cross-functional challenges into structured, scalable solutions. Beyond the day job, I stay close to the frontier — building AI agents, experimenting with DeFAI strategies where autonomous AI meets decentralised finance, and finding new ways technology can compound its own value. TOGAF practitioner, father of three, and firmly convinced that every manual process is just an automation waiting to happen.
Master Thesis: "Patenting AI related inventions - The European approach" (Pretty prophetic, considering my current AI obsession! 🤖). This WIPO-cooperated program dove deep into emerging tech patent law, digital copyright, and data protection — essentially giving me the legal framework to understand how to innovate responsibly in the automation space.
Thesis: "Input Shaft Manufacturing Plan, with CNC program for a selected operation" — My first love affair with automation! Enhanced by ERASMUS adventures at Uniwersytet Rolniczy (Poland, 2014-2015) and Philips College (Cyprus, 2012-2013), where I learned that the best solutions often come from cross-cultural collaboration and thinking outside the box.
Designing and overseeing the delivery of regulatory sustainability IT reporting frameworks — CSRD and EU DR — while driving the implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety solutions. Responsible for developing the IT Strategy for the Sustainability domain, maintaining business capabilities and architecture artifacts in the company's EA management tool, and running the domain's Architecture Review Boards to ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
Led target architecture strategy for the HR domain, mentoring solution architects and spearheading the HR Transformation program with Workday integration. Enhanced data & analytics capabilities and drove automation-first thinking across enterprise systems.
Member of the Technology and Innovation team, leading 20+ end-to-end projects translating business requirements into scalable solutions. Participated in the Digital Scouting team to identify and implement emerging technologies across the organisation.
Led robotic process automation initiatives and IT systems design with a focus on business process optimisation. Delivered RPA solutions using Blue Prism with measurable business value and created standards for automation governance.
Designed and implemented automation solutions across multiple business functions using industry-leading RPA tooling. Established best practices and contributed to building the automation practice from the ground up.
Analysed and optimised supply chain processes, built reporting dashboards, and identified opportunities for automation and data-driven decision-making across operational workflows.
Supported procurement operations through process analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Gained hands-on experience with end-to-end procurement workflows and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration in a large-scale outsourcing environment.
